Murrad Gillani – better known as The Self Taught Chef, owner at Dezato PK and Fried Pk, a food consultant and a content creator. Having grown up with a natural tendency towards the culinary arts, Murrad's entrepreneurial journey started when he brought an ice cream machine home one day and started experimenting with flavours. Dezato officially opened its doors to Lahore in 2021 and continues to run to sold-out levels every day at its flagship branch on M M Alam Rd and now its second successful outlet at Cue Cinemas.
