Raza Ahmed – CEO, Bamboo Union. Opening up a restaurant was never a part of Raza’s plan when he graduated from Western University. It was after he spent some time working in the pharmaceutical sector that he realized he wanted to do something different, and something that he created. Given his love for food and how particular he was about his meals, getting into the restaurant business just made sense. Raza moved to Dubai for 9 months to run a couple of restaurants for his uncle, gaining hands-on experience and training in the process. Upon his return, he knew exactly what he wanted to do.
